Cancellations
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, Dr. Bennett requires a 48 hour notice. You will be charged for appointments with Dr. Bennett that are canceled with less than 48 hours notice. Dr. Bennett travels for all appointments so out of courtesy to him and other patients it is important to have this notice.
Financial Arrangements
- We accept cash, check, and credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
- We offer patient financing through Care Credit. Please apply online.
- We offer a 7% discount for payment with credit or debit card, and 10% discount for cash or check on all visits with the exception of consultations and examination appointments.
Dental Insurance
- If a patient has dental insurance coverage, our office will file your insurance as a courtesy, and the insurance payment will be paid directly to the patient.
- Dr. Bennett is not a participating dentist with any dental plan or "in network".
- We can file predeterminations for future dental treatment.
